Grande emozione e soddisfazione per le acesi Vera Costanzo e Serena Maccarrone, madre e figlia, protagoniste assolute della nuova edizione del celebre programma televisivo ‘Io Canto Family’, in onda su Canale 5, dove hanno conquistato pubblico e giuria fino ad approdare in finale. Allieve del Maestro Paolo Li Rosi e della MeOSchool, la loro storia artistica e familiare ha colpito per autenticità e intensità. I loro duetti hanno messo in luce, infatti, oltre alla straordinaria vocalità di Serena, capace di unire tecnica e intensità interpretativa, e alla sensibilità e forza interpretativa di Vera, anche una complicità e un legame che valorizza il senso stesso della trasmissione: celebrare la musica come espressione di amore, unione e identità. Tutto ciò ha confermato quanto la musica possa essere un linguaggio universale capace di unire generazioni.
Un’avventura iniziata quasi per caso, grazie alla proposta del Maestro Paolo Li Rosi, che ha invitato le due artiste a partecipare ai casting del programma. Da lì, un lungo percorso di preparazione e crescita alla MeOSchool, fatto di studio, sacrificio e determinazione, fino alla gioia di vedere i propri sforzi riconosciuti sul palco televisivo. Il coronamento di un lavoro serio e costante che conferma l’impegno della scuola nel formare giovani talenti autentici, consapevoli e appassionati, capaci di trasformare la musica in un racconto di vita. “Il percorso fatto fin qui è stato pieno di insidie e difficoltà, ma anche di grande soddisfazione – racconta il Maestro Li Rosi – averle viste così connesse su quel palco mi ha riempito d’orgoglio. Hanno saputo portare con naturalezza tutto ciò che abbiamo costruito insieme in questi mesi”.
Serena e Vera, ancora emozionate, ricordano ogni passo del loro viaggio. “Le cose belle arrivano quando meno te le aspetti. Dal primo casting a Catania sono passati sette mesi, e ogni volta che ci comunicavano di aver superato una selezione l’emozione cresceva”. L’approvazione di Noemi e Patty Pravo, l’applauso del pubblico e poi la sorpresa finale, la proclamazione diretta in finale, hanno lasciato madre e figlia senza parole. “Sono onorata di vivere questi momenti magici con mia figlia – aggiunge Vera – al di là della gara, poterla guardare negli occhi e cantare insieme a lei è la vittoria più grande.” “Sono felice di aver vissuto questa esperienza accanto a mia madre – conclude Serena – e di aver conosciuto tanti ragazzi che, come me, amano la musica. Porterò con me ogni emozione e ogni volto incontrato”.
